PHS Renovation Corp opened its doors in 2021 — not the easiest moment to start a construction company in Winnipeg. What kept us going was a market that needed exactly what we wanted to do: bring older homes back to life and put more affordable, genuinely liveable space into the city.

You'll meet the same people from the first estimate to the final walkthrough — the directors who answer for the work, the designers who draw it, and the foreman on your site.
Mark runs the crews and keeps every site on schedule and on spec. He coordinates the trades and inspections through the build, and answers for the work when something needs making right.
Chase looks after the numbers, the financing and how the project feels for you. He builds the estimate you sign, keeps the budget honest as the job moves, and is usually your first call.
Our design studio is in-house, not subcontracted. The same three designers take you from the first inspiration photos through the mood board and material selections to dimensioned construction drawings and a 3D render of the finished room, so the look is settled and priced before anything is demolished.
One Red Seal foreman takes control of your job and stays with it from demo day to the final walkthrough, running the trades and inspections off the designers' drawings. April keeps the materials on site ahead of the work and the audited COR safety program behind every day of it.
