Red Seal carpenter

Full-time · foreman $35+/hr

You run the site. Framing and finish carpentry off the drawings, the crew and the subtrades day to day, and the apprentices coming up behind you — you are the person the homeowner sees every morning.

Rate: $35 an hour and up, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, no less than 35 hours a week, on a flexible schedule. Approved overtime paid at time and a half
You bring: Red Seal carpenter certification, five or more years of residential construction, your own hand tools, and a valid licence with a reliable vehicle
We provide: A weekly tool allowance, interest-free tool loans up to $500, paid mileage, and company shirts and work gear
Benefits: Health and dental after probation, designated paid holidays, vacation pay, and training toward advancement

Framing and finish carpentry on interior renovations across Winnipeg, worked from our drawings. You run your own scope without someone standing over it, and you give the apprentices a hand with theirs.

You bring: Five or more years of residential construction, your own hand tools, and a valid licence with a reliable vehicle. Red Seal is an asset, not a requirement

You work beside a Red Seal on real scopes, not just cleanup and carrying. You are close enough to your ticket that the work is yours to run, with someone to ask when it gets unusual.

Hours: Full-time, no less than 35 hours a week, on a flexible schedule. Approved overtime paid at time and a half
You bring: Level 4 standing with Apprenticeship Manitoba, your own hand tools, and a valid licence with a reliable vehicle
