The tools we use

Tools That Take Out the Guesswork.

A renovation gets stressful when there are things you can’t see. A few tools let us settle those unknowns before the work starts.

LIDAR 3D scanning

We scan your room with LIDAR and turn it into a full 3D blueprint of your renovation, with every dimension settled before we start.

Renderings & 3D walkthroughs

Photoreal renderings and a 3D video walkthrough of your finished space, so you can see exactly what you’re getting before construction starts.

Detailed construction drafts

The design becomes a dimensioned set of drawings covering layouts, elevations, and finishes, so the crew builds from a plan instead of a conversation.
