Basement Development

Canterbury Park

One long room, split between sitting down and standing up.

An unfinished basement developed end to end and laid out as two zones on one open floor — seating and a television at one end, an arcade cabinet, dartboard and piano at the other. The laundry is finished into its own corner, and the stair was rebuilt with wood treads against white risers.
