A condo taken back to white, with black picking out the edges.
A full refresh through the unit — white shaker cabinetry with black hardware and floating shelves, quartz counters, vinyl plank laid throughout, and both bathrooms refitted with new vanities and round black mirrors. Condo work has its own rules on access, noise hours and board sign-off; those were ours to manage.
