Open main floor after refinishing — new plank flooring running through to the kitchen

Whole-Home Refresh

Southdale

New floors and fresh paint throughout, and the oak left alone.

A whole-house refresh rather than a rebuild. New plank flooring runs every room, the walls were taken back and repainted, and a bathroom was refitted — but the oak trim, doors and stone fireplace were kept and worked around, because they were worth keeping. The front steps were rebuilt in the same visit.
