Basement Development

Clovercrest Bay

A lower level finished, and the main floor refloored to match.

The basement was developed as one open room with a three-piece bathroom off it, finished in charcoal with a backlit oval mirror. The same job relaid the main floor in character hardwood and rebuilt the stair between them, so the two levels read as one house rather than a house with a basement under it.
