A duplex built new: two homes, one narrow city lot.

Built from the ground up on an infill lot as a duplex, with two separate living spaces under one roof. Each has its own entrance, its own kitchen and its own bathroom. The kitchens are white shaker with stainless backsplashes and appliances, the bathrooms have wood-front vanities and wide mirrors, and vinyl plank runs throughout, with a ductless heat pump, laundry and a finished basement. Outside, new siding, cedar entry stairs and a railed landing.
